Celery

So I am currently working on my finals for my summer classes and when i take little breaks between massive amounts of work. I eat. So this evening after getting back from a long day in the knitting machine lab i decided and munch on some celery. Then it hit me. I have never seen a celery field. Florida is known for their oranges. California has avocados and tons of other fruits. I've seen cornstalks growing all over the midwest... so where are all the celery fields? if anyone knows please share otherwise i will look at is as just another one of those mysteries like... is elvis really dead?? Ha. For the record I believe he is dead. Anyways i'm going back to illustrating my knitwear collection to turn in tuesday
